· Demonstrated success in managing and growing retail businesses.

· Expert at cultivating strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

· In-depth experience in brand management, customer portfolio oversight, client relationship cultivation, and loyalty program development.

· Dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and revitalizing well-established brands.

· Proven track record in spearheading business expansion throughout Oman and across diverse market segments.

· Actively pursuing innovative business opportunities to drive growth.

· Skilled in formulating comprehensive business strategies, along with effective sales and marketing plans and accurate forecasting.

· Competently prepares and manages financial budgets while consistently achieving sales targets.

· Holds accountability for financial performance, ensuring robust revenue growth, healthy margins, and sustainable profitability.
