Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the end to end data lifecycle across multiple systems
- Lead BI reporting, dashboards and commercial/financial analysis
- Oversee workflows for the Data Analyst and Data Scientist
- Ensure reliable ingestion, modelling, ETL and data quality standards
- Translate data trends into clear insights for C suite stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience across Python, SQL/SQL Server, Airflow, DBT, Docker and cloud data tools
- Background in retail or operationally complex, multi source data environments
- Proven leadership in fast paced settings with excellent communication skills
- Ability to guide technical decisions without necessarily being the primary builder
- Calm, structured and supportive leader with high integrity
