Role & responsibilities

The BI Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. This role ensures that dashboards, reports, and analytics are aligned with business objectives, enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define BI roadmap and reporting strategy in alignment with project goals.

- Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and selfservice analytics.

- Ensure BI solutions are scalable, userfriendly, and aligned with business KPIs.

- Partner with the Project Lead to translate business requirements into BI deliverables.

- Work closely with the Senior Data Modeler to ensure reporting structures align with data models.

- Collaborate with the Senior ETL Architect and QA Data Engineer to validate data accuracy and reliability in BI outputs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding reporting and analytics needs.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable selfservice BI adoption.

- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve BI solutions.

- Establish BI development standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.

- Maintain metadata and reporting catalogs for transparency and reuse.
