Business Manager INTEL NEXTFIN DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES LLC

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a strong banking background to handle banking relationships, collections, and recovery operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with banks, managing teams, and operating across India and Dubai. This role requires frequent travel and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Handle collections and recovery processes, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.

• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the collections and recovery team.

• Ensure compliance with banking norms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate operations between India and Dubai, with a clear understanding of both markets.

• Prepare reports, track recovery performance, and present updates to management.

• Travel as required for bank meetings, team coordination, and operational needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong background in banking, with practical experience in bank dealings.

• Proven experience in collections and recovery functions.

• Prior team handling and people management experience.

• Good knowledge of the India and Dubai business and banking environment.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
