Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle car flow management and reporting.
  • Plan and monitor inventory health levels.
  • Implement policies and ensure associated benefits.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning to clear stock and capture new opportunities with (sales/finance / Marketing).
  • Negotiate with OEMs for additional order support.
  • Monitor and control (GP).
  • Lead the Business Plan (BP) process based on sales and stock levels.
  • Prepare monthly targets by channel and by model.
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of dealership operations, stock turnover, and sales forecasting.

  • Ability to track, monitor, and optimize vehicle availability.
  • Understanding of GP (gross profit), cost control, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in coordinating with manufacturers for stock allocation and support.
  • Strong ability to generate dashboards, analyze KPIs, and present insights.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and stock strategies by channel and model.
