Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements, fostering a fair and compliant workplace.
  • Manage employee relations, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to both employees and management to maintain a positive and productive environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to attract top talent and fill open positions efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR, demonstrating professional competence.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the [Industry] industry.
