Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops, interviews and discussions with business stakeholders to capture process requirements.
  • Design To-Be business processes and associated workflows.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs for all processes.
  • Facilitate review, feedback consolidation and official sign-off of processes and SOPs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze process performance metrics/KPIs (cycle times, error rates, cost, throughput) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization’s BPM governance framework and standards.
  • Document process impacts, dependencies and cross-functional interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN, showcasing practical expertise.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting adaptability and collaboration.
  • A relevant certification such as a BPM Professional or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
