Roles & Responsibilities
� Key Responsibilities
� Client Advisory & Consultation
Understand client goals, business ideas, and industry requirements.
Advise on the best business structure and setup options (mainland, free zone, offshore) tailored to their needs and future plans.
Explain licensing types, legal structures, and compliance requirements.
� Company Setup Support
Guide clients through the company formation process, including documentation, licensing, approvals, and registration with UAE authorities.
Coordinate processes related to visa applications, PRO services, and government liaison where required.
� Market/Business Analysis
Conduct market research and feasibility assessments to help clients make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities and challenges based on industry trends and regulatory changes.
� Client & Stakeholder Management
Communicate with internal teams (e.g., legal, PRO, operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
Build and manage ongoing relationships with clients — ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
� Documentation & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, strategic plans, and consulting reports.
Maintain accurate client records and updates, using CRM systems and internal tools.
� Skills & Qualifications Typically Expected
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — to interact with diverse clients.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities — to evaluate business options and market conditions.
Awareness of UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and free zone regulations is a major advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple client cases.
� What You’d Do Day-to-Day
Meet or consult with clients to understand their business vision.
Map out a tailored setup strategy for each client.
Liaise with authorities to ensure smooth licensing and compliance.
Create business plans, cost estimates, and action plans.
Provide regular updates and guidance throughout the setup journey.
