Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals and recommend suitable company formation options
• Promote services related to business setup, licensing, visas, and other government-related requirements
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into successful deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal ensuring a smooth handover to operations and compliance teams
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communications using CRM tools
• Stay updated on UAE company formation laws, licensing changes, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and long-term business
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
