Roles & Responsibilities
Are you a tech savvy graduate who loves solving problems and making things work smarter, not harder? Do you want to apply your IT and software knowledge directly to real business challenges beyond just coding?
Join us as a Business Technology Analyst, where you ll use your skills in databases, forms, and low-code/no-code tools to build simple, powerful solutions for teams across our business from HR and Procurement to Finance, Health & Safety, and Operations.

What You ll Do
Partner with different business teams (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to understand their processes and pain points.
Design and build user-friendly digital tools online forms, dashboards, workflows, and databases using low-code/no-code platforms.
Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows, helping teams save time and increase efficiency.
Work with data sorting, grouping, filtering candidates, suppliers, or financial records to create organized solutions.
Support new initiatives in HR recruitment tracking, Health & Safety reporting, procurement requests, and more.
Continuously learn and explore new technologies that improve business operations.
What We re Looking For
A recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Strong understanding of databases, forms, and basic application workflows.
Comfort with Excel/Sheets, online forms, dashboards, or low-code tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerApps, Airtable, Zoho Creator, etc.).
Curious problem-solver with good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
