As the first point of contact, the Butler ensures that every guest is greeted warmly and assisted with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This role requires a high level of service excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for distinguished travelers.

Key Responsibilities-

• Greet passengers upon arrival at the VIP terminal with warmth and professionalism.
• Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Assist passengers with their belongings and provide support throughout their journey from terminal to runway.
• Deliver personalized service to VVIP passengers, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service at all times.
