Roles & Responsibilities
Bybit
Bybit is looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Executive to join their global team. This role focuses on co-marketing and brand collaborations with consumer-facing brands and Web3 projects, with the goal of driving user engagement and product visibility for the Bybit Card and related payment initiatives.
You will support the execution of integrated campaigns across product, content, event, and social channels, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Marketing Execution Support
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to translate partnership plans into actionable deliverables.
- Assist in drafting compelling copy and content proposals, and follow through on campaign implementation to ensure alignment with both internal goals and partner expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to generate post-campaign analysis and insights.
- Partner Coordination & Follow-up
- Act as the main point of contact during the execution phase of partnerships.
- Proactively follow up with external partners to ensure timely delivery, alignment on joint initiatives, and smooth collaboration.
- Internal & External Communication
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders (marketing, product, creative) and external partners.
- Ensure clarity of deliverables, expectations, and timelines through clear and professional communication.
- Event & Activation Collaboration
- Support event-related partnership initiatives, including coordination with external vendors, logistics follow-up, and on-site activation if needed.
- Assist in localizing activations to suit regional markets and partner audiences.
- Experience in event marketing or production is a plus.
- Marketing Ideation & Strategy
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas tailored to different partners and product campaigns.
- Contribute to the localization and execution of marketing strategies that match each partner s audience and positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends (Web3, consumer, pop culture, entertainment, lifestyle) to proactively pitch new collaboration opportunities.
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, marketing execution, campaign operations, or account/project management. Experience with consumer brands, lifestyle marketing, or Web3 partnerships is a strong plus.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple moving parts in parallel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Additional languages are a bonus.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of branding, storytelling, and audience resonance you understand what makes a partnership campaign engaging and impactful.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product, legal, etc.) and managing relationships with external partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to anticipating problems and driving solutions.
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics (e.g. CTR, engagement rate, conversions) and a willingness to learn basic data interpretation.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A genuine interest in Web3, fintech, digital lifestyle, or cultural trends is a plus.
