Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels for food, beverages, and equipment.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and drive repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff schedules, manage shift coverage, and oversee payroll processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote new menu items, events, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure the cafe environment is clean, welcoming, and aligned with Daknin s brand values.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and cost control.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare operational reports.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
