Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inventory and supply chain, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that resonate with customers and reflect current food trends.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in cafe operations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software to streamline operations efficiently.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a compliant and hygienic environment.
