Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Task Description:
- Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions.
- Maximo configuration & administration (workflows, escalations, domains).
- CAFM/CMMS knowledge (understanding of asset lifecycle, work order
management, preventive maintenance, inventory etc). - Database skills.
- Integration knowledge.
- Reporting & analytics.
- Understanding of FM operations (PPM, reactive, statutory maintenance, asset
registers). - Knowledge of SFG20, ISO 41001, and compliance standards.
- Ability to map business processes into Maximo workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or FM.
- 10+ years in Facilities management.
- IBM Maximo Certifications.
