Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft visually stunning and delicious cakes, from classic designs to custom creations, ensuring each cake meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Master the art of baking diverse cake flavors and textures, experimenting with new recipes and techniques to stay ahead of baking trends.
- Precisely measure and combine ingredients, following recipes meticulously, while also demonstrating the ability to adjust recipes for optimal results and flavor profiles.
- Expertly decorate cakes with icings, fillings, and decorative elements, showcasing creativity and attention to detail in every design.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a culinary degree or baking certification is a plus, showcasing a foundational understanding of baking principles.
- Demonstrates at least 2 years of professional cake baking experience, highlighting proven ability to create high-quality cakes.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of cake baking techniques, including mixing, baking, and decorating, with a focus on flavor and presentation.
- Proficient in using baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and decorating tools, demonstrating technical expertise and efficiency.
