Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Call Center Agent who is a native Arabic speaker with good English proficiency. The ideal candidate should be a university graduate and preferably have prior experience in Facilities Management (FM) or the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Logging, tracking, and updating customer cases in CRM systems
  • Manage complaints, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation
  • Ensure excellent communication and client-handling skills

Skills & Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker; good English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM/customer tracking tools
  • Good administrative and documentation abilities
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • UAE experience preferred

Qualification:

  • University graduate

Experience:

  • Experience in FM or service industry preferred
