- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
- Bilingual - Proficiency in Arabic (verbal and written) and Good verbal and written English skills
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
