Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product/service information and resolve simple issues.

• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support.

• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Contact Center handling incoming and outgoing calls, email, and chat

• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
