In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our English-speaking clientele, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) - C1/C2
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
