Roles & Responsibilities

Receive and manage the customer complaints through hotline, WhatsApp, Etc.

  • Fill in the complaints form and send it to the rep.
  • Follow up on the complaints solving with the rep.
  • Fill in the complaints log and update it with the solving data from the rep.
  • Do customer satisfaction calls and fill in the form.

Desired Candidate Profile

Alexandria resident.

  • One year of experience in the same field.
  • Any BSC degree.
  • Females only.
  • Excellent in English.
  • Excellent in MSC programs.
