Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and manage the customer complaints through hotline, WhatsApp, Etc.
- Fill in the complaints form and send it to the rep.
- Follow up on the complaints solving with the rep.
- Fill in the complaints log and update it with the solving data from the rep.
- Do customer satisfaction calls and fill in the form.
Desired Candidate Profile
Alexandria resident.
- One year of experience in the same field.
- Any BSC degree.
- Females only.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent in MSC programs.
