Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer calls from customers to book service appointments or to respond to sales queries, complaints

Conduct customer satisfaction survey with customers via phone and/or email

Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Continuously seek opportunities to optimize CRM processes and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or related role.

Proven experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Familiarity with automotive industry practices is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
