Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing clients professionally.

  • Provide accurate information on loan products, payment schedules, and application procedures.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure completion of required documents and timely payments.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system used.
  • Coordinate with branches and field officers to resolve client issues.
  • Support marketing and retention campaigns through proactive communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to handle complaints and persuade clients positively.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data protection standards.
