Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing clients professionally.
- Provide accurate information on loan products, payment schedules, and application procedures.
- Follow up with clients to ensure completion of required documents and timely payments.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system used.
- Coordinate with branches and field officers to resolve client issues.
- Support marketing and retention campaigns through proactive communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent verbal communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to handle complaints and persuade clients positively.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data protection standards.
