Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customers inquiries

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
  • Accurately document all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Working days (Monday to Friday) -- US Timezones

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent English with a neutral accent is a must. C1/C2

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently from home, managing time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work during business hours across different time zones if required.
