Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customers inquiries
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Accurately document all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Working days (Monday to Friday) -- US Timezones
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent English with a neutral accent is a must. C1/C2
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently from home, managing time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital communication tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during business hours across different time zones if required.
