Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduates (Commerce, Arts, Law Government Universities preferred)
- Maximum age: 27
- Males Only
- Good command of English
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Customer service experience is a plus
