Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Graduates (Commerce, Arts, Law Government Universities preferred)
  • Maximum age: 27
  • Males Only
  • Good command of English
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
