Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Bachelor s degree in any field.
0 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (fresh graduates are welcome).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
