Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about hospital services, doctors, clinics and appointment availability.
Schedule , confirm and cancel patient appointments using hospital's system.
Handle patient inquiries, requests and complaints with empathy, ensuring issues are escalated to the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate call records, patient information and documentation in hospital's database.
Follow hospital policies and confidentiality guideline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any suitable Bachelor Degree.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English ( written and spoken ).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
