Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, dispatch, and manage all incoming calls and digital dispatch
- Communicate daily with drivers and customers
- Oversee and ensure deliveries and pickups are made on time to ensure accuracy
- Provide ongoing coaching to each employee concerning quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity
- Support a daily operation by being punctual,
