Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to travel and residency documents.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and document requirements.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and update records in the system promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in every interaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
