Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to travel and residency documents.

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and document requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records in the system promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in every interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
