Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team at The Address Investments.
- The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, and guide clients through our real estate services and offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on client requests.
- Provide accurate information about projects, units, offerings, and services.
- Record and update customer data on the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales Teams to schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain high service quality and ensure positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
