Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Respond to inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, complaints, and feedback.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and orders in the system.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries when required.
  • Meet daily and monthly call handling and performance targets.

  • 2 3 years of proven experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative
  • Previous experience in an in-house or corporate call center is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus if required internally)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on-site at 10th of Ramadan City
