Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, complaints, and feedback.
- Accurately record customer interactions and orders in the system.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries when required.
- Meet daily and monthly call handling and performance targets.
- Male candidate
- 2 3 years of proven experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative
- Previous experience in an in-house or corporate call center is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus if required internally)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on-site at 10th of Ramadan City
