Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for English-speaking accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
  • Follow established scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and service quality.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
