Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries about products.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints related to products.
- Completing call reports on the company system.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to address complaints and inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age 20-25 years
- Post-secondary/Higher Education/Fourth or Third Year of University
- Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills (clear and professional)
- Ability to work shifts
- Applicants must reside in Giza Governorate (Faisal/Haram)
