Roles & Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries about products.

  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints related to products.
  • Completing call reports on the company system.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to address complaints and inquiries.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Age 20-25 years

  • Post-secondary/Higher Education/Fourth or Third Year of University
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (clear and professional)
  • Ability to work shifts
