Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and service.
- Handling Customers inquires and complaints while delivering high quality standards Over the Phone.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software, call center technology, and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
