Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about treatments and offers.

  • Respond promptly to Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.

  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with potential clients.

  • Manage daily bookings and coordinate schedules with doctors.

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

  • Support sales targets by promoting packages and upselling services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience handling Instagram & WhatsApp inquiries.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
