Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make and receive phone calls with students interested in aviation studies.
Answer general inquiries and provide basic information about the academy and its programs.
Explain study and enrollment steps in a clear and simple way.
Encourage students inside Egypt to visit the company office.
Follow up with interested students when needed.
Record and update student information accurately on the CRM system.
Maintain a polite and professional communication style at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center or phone-based role.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Clear and calm phone voice.
- Ability to follow work guidelines with flexibility.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Commitment, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
