Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Call Center Team Leader to manage daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and a customer-first mindset to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily call center activities and team performance
- Monitor call quality and ensure service standards are met
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally
- Prepare reports and manage scheduling for smooth operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- At least 1 year in a team leader or supervisor position
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/call center software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
