Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Call Center Team Leader to manage daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and a customer-first mindset to our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call center activities and team performance
  • Monitor call quality and ensure service standards are met

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
