We specialize in providing financial solutions that help clients manage and reduce their debts. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team and play a vital role in developing and enhancing the skills of our call center agents.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on call center best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
* Develop training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to the needs of a debt relief/debt consolidation account.
* Coach, monitor, and evaluate trainees performance to ensure readiness for live operations.
* Deliver refresher sessions to improve communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Collaborate with management and team leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
* Ensure training programs align with American business culture and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer (experience in finance accounts such as debt relief, debt consolidation, or related services is a strong plus).
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong awareness of American culture, customer expectations, and call handling style.
* Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions effectively.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
* Based in or willing to work full-time on-site in Mohandessin, Giza.
