Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our Client is hiring French Call Center Agents to join our dynamic customer service team. This is an on-site role in Amman, Jordan, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
- Adhere to company procedures and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- French: C1 level or above
- English: B2 level or above
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Details:
- Work Location: On-site – Amman, Jordan
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Shift: 9 hours/day
