Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for all employees, ensuring optimal room allocation and capacity utilization.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning of rooms, common areas, washrooms, and kitchens.
  • Report and coordinate the prompt repair of any electrical, plumbing, or structural maintenance issues.
  • Ensure the camp complies with all local health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate pest control.
  • Oversee the camp kitchen/mess hall, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and timely meal service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident grievances, mediating disputes and maintaining discipline and harmony within the camp.
  • Handle medical emergencies, accidents, or security incidents promptly, coordinating with local authorities and company management as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate databases of all camp residents, including their ID details, room numbers, and project assignments.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the HR/Administration department regarding camp occupancy, absentees, sick leave, and maintenance statuses.
  • Monitor and order necessary camp supplies (cleaning materials, bedding, first aid supplies, etc.) while preventing waste and theft.
  • Manage the camp's petty cash fund for minor expenses and submit accurate financial reconciliations to the accounting department.
  • Liaise closely with the HR and PRO teams regarding the arrival of new workers, repatriation, vacation leaves, and visa renewals.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors, such as waste disposal services, drinking water suppliers, and maintenance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record working as a Camp Boss, Camp Administrator, or in Facility Management.
  • Experience managing large workforces.
