Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage daily camp operations for approximately 120 staff, including workmen, engineers, and managers

  2. Oversee food planning, meal distribution, and maintain accurate food records

  3. Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards in the camp

  4. Coordinate staff transportation to and from work sites

  5. Maintain attendance, time office records, and leave management

  6. Handle welfare and day-to-day needs of all camp residents

  7. Supervise camp staff and ensure smooth operations

  8. Monitor compliance with company policies and safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 3–10 years of experience in camp management or supervisory roles

  2. Proven experience managing large teams (100+ staff) including engineers, managers, and workmen

  3. Strong organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills

  4. Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and Arabic

  5. Knowledge of hygiene, housekeeping, and food management in camps

  6. Experience coordinating transportation and welfare of staff

  7. Hands-on approach to handling daily camp operations

  8. Immediate joining preferred

  9. Candidates with prior experience in Oman / GCC will be given preference
