Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all camp-related matters, addressing concerns and providing solutions to both staff and management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the camp staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to maintain compliance and address potential hazards.
  • Maintain records of camp activities, incidents, and staff performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for new staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about camp policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certifications in first aid, fire safety, and food safety are necessary to ensure the health and well-being of camp residents.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic or Spanish are a plus to enhance communication with diverse teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in camp management or similar roles within the hospitality or oil & gas industries is essential.
