Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and support waiters during service to ensure smooth operations.


Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.


Ensure tables are properly set and service areas remain clean and organized.


Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.


Train and guide new service staff in restaurant standards.


Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate order delivery.


Monitor service quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.


Assist the restaurant supervisor in daily operations and shift briefings.



Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of experience as a captain waiter or senior waiter in a hotel or restaurant.


Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.


Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.


Customer-oriented with attention to detail.


Professional appearance and positive attitude.


Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
