Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Captain Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient table service
  • Take orders and assist guests with menu selection
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and service standards as per company policy
  • Train junior staff and ensure team performance
  • Monitor table turnover and service flow
  • Ensure proper billing and coordination with cashier

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in restaurant / hotel industry
  • Experience in fine dining or 4/5-star hotel preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Well-groomed and presentable personality
