Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth, focusing on both short-term rentals and long-term leasing opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maximize individual and team effectiveness and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales budget, track expenses, and forecast sales performance to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee the vehicle fleet management process, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal, to optimize fleet utilization and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to car rental and leasing operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, vendors, and insurance providers to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in car rental or leasing sales, showcasing a proven track record of success in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of car rental and leasing operations, including fleet management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with experience in training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis, to ensure sound financial management.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, essential for representing the company and interacting with clients.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
