Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide cardiology consultations (outpatient & inpatient) Perform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress tests, Holter monitoring, etc. Manage acute & chronic cardiovascular conditions (hypertension, CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias) If required: conduct or assist in invasive procedures (angiography, PCI, pacemaker/ICD implantation, catheterisations) Develop and oversee treatment plans (medication, lifestyle, follow ups) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgery, critical care, imaging, nursing) Be on call / available for emergency consultations as needed Maintain accurate medical records per institutional & regulatory standards Participate in quality audits, case reviews (Optional) Mentor junior physicians / fellows and engage in CME
Desired Candidate Profile
Medical degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent) + specialization in Cardiology Fellowship / Board certification in Cardiology Valid medical / cardiology license; ability to obtain GCC licence Minimum of 3–5 years of post‑specialization experience (or more depending on role) Experience in diagnostic cardiology; interventional experience preferred if applicable Strong clinical judgement & patient management skills Excellent communication; able to work with a diverse patient population Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus) Willingness to travel or rotate across sites if needed
