Marketing Calendar Development

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign timing, messaging, and target audiences.
  • Incorporate lifecycle management diagnostics and behavioral triggers to prioritize actions.

Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in the rollout of campaigns across paid media channels (digital, out-of-home, social).
  • Leverage creative assets and messaging frameworks to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
  • Provide operational support including list management (e.g., DND, email), stakeholder coordination, and vendor engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track campaign KPIs using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Conduct performance reviews to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with data teams to extract insights from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources for optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between the Cards and Marketing departments to streamline communication and execution.
  • Participate in workshops and weekly sessions to align campaign performance and next steps.
  • Support steering committees and milestone meetings with senior management.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or card products.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and performance analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant experience:

  • 5-8 years Cards marketing and portfolio management

Mandatory requirements:
