The latest study by The Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute – global research, training, and consultancy firm, has revealed the ‘Top Companies to Work for in the UAE’. The 2017-18 ‘best employers in the UAE’ list includes 25 companies ranked on their outstanding workplace cultures. These companies span across sectors including, retail, manufacturing, finance, technology, hospitality, media, and logistics.
These may not necessarily be the top paying companies in the UAE but are successful in keeping their employees happy retaining them in the organization for long. The companies that have appeared on the list enjoy the title of an ideal workplace where people feel connected, fairly treated, enjoy better work-life and a healthy work environment. Most of these companies keep their focus on employee-focused initiatives that can help their employees in their career development.
