Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily carpentry works including formwork, shuttering, falsework, and finishing carpentry.
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings for accurate execution.
Plan and allocate tasks to carpenters and helpers based on site requirements.
Ensure proper installation, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systems.
Coordinate with steel foremen, concrete teams, and site engineers for smooth workflow.
Monitor material usage (timber, plywood, formwork systems) and control wastage.
Inspect completed works to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety standards at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site carpentry-related issues.
Maintain daily work progress reports and communicate updates to management.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of tools and equipment.
