Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry operations, including but not limited to:
Full workshop management and daily operations
Supervision of workforce and productivity
End-to-end project execution and delivery
Procurement and purchasing of materials
Preparing and reviewing quotations and pricing
Cost control and budget monitoring
Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitoring site progress and resolving operational issues
Implementing efficient processes and improving workflow

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency across all projects.
